1. Eligibility
- You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the item
- Only items in new, unused condition, with original packaging and accessories, are eligible
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized repairs
- Opened software or downloadable products
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
3. Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at sales@aruntronics.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Wait for return approval and follow the instructions provided
- Ship the item back at your own cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange, subject to stock availability
